Data Deletion Instructions

How to request removal of LiteWork Pro data or permanently delete a company workspace, including all linked sign-in providers.

Request deletion of your data

If you cannot sign in, are a team member or customer, or want help with a specific data-removal request, email support@liteworkpro.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.

Include the email address you use with LiteWork Pro, the company name if known, and what you want removed. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details, identity documents, or private keys.

Support may need to verify your identity and authority before handling a request. A request about your own information does not authorize deletion of another person's data or an entire company's workspace.

Delete the entire company account

This is permanent and affects every user in the company, not only your personal profile. Only the verified company registrant or authorized owner administrator can complete this action.

  1. Sign in to the company account and save any records you need to keep.
  2. Open Delete account and company data and read the deletion scope.
  3. Enter your current password if requested, type DELETE, and acknowledge permanent deletion.
  4. Submit the confirmation. If an error appears, contact support before trying again.

The deletion process removes the company's application database, company profile/settings and company-scoped platform records, and all company users' sign-in records, including links to Google, Apple, Microsoft, Facebook and X. It also removes the company's billing subscriptions, billing customer and connected payment account.

This page is instructions only. Visiting it does not delete data, unlink accounts, or submit a deletion request.

Linked providers and Facebook access

Deleting the company account removes all linked sign-in providers from LiteWork Pro for all users in that company. It does not close your Google, Apple, Microsoft, Facebook or X accounts.

To disconnect a provider while keeping your LiteWork Pro account, use Linked accounts. Keep another supported sign-in method available; LiteWork Pro protects against removing your last usable provider when no password is set.

You can separately revoke LiteWork Pro's access in each provider's account settings. For Facebook, remove LiteWork Pro from Apps and Websites. Disconnecting or revoking a provider is not the same as deleting LiteWork Pro data. Use the request instructions above if you also want that data removed.

For information about retention and other data practices, see the privacy policy. This page does not promise removal of independent provider records or a fixed processing time.
