LiteWork Pro – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LiteWork Pro, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Services Provided

• CRM features: Task Checklist, Due Dates, Reminders
• Project Management: Subcontractor Management, Bidding System
• Invoicing and Payment Tools
• Stripe Integration (Issuing, Treasury)
• Twilio Integration for communication
• Optional add-ons (Phone Service, Social Media, Websites)

3. Stripe Services and Financial Features

Use of LiteWork Pro includes access to Stripe services: Issuing, Treasury, and Payment Processing. Your use of Stripe services is subject to their Connected Account Agreement and Services Agreement.

4. Payment Processing Fees

All payment processing fees are passed to the end client. Contractors are not charged fees unless specified during promotional use or agreement.

5. Communication Services (Twilio)

By enabling communication features, you agree to Twilio's Terms of Service and allow LiteWork Pro to manage services on your behalf.

6. Data Use and Privacy

User and client data is collected and managed according to privacy laws. LiteWork Pro does not sell your data.

7. Fees and Add-ons

• 0.0349% per paid invoice (max $750/invoice)
• Fees for optional services (websites, ads, phones)
• Application fees for partner group invoices

8. Termination and Suspension

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse or violations. Accounts may also be automatically deactivated and removed if inactive for more than 60 consecutive days. Data may be retained post-termination in accordance with legal standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

LiteWork Pro is provided “as-is.” We are not responsible for third-party service issues, data loss, or platform misuse.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Insert Jurisdiction].

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of LiteWork Pro after updates constitutes acceptance.
