1. Acceptance of Terms
Using LiteWork Pro means you accept the terms that govern access to the platform and related services.
By accessing or using LiteWork Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Services Provided
LiteWork Pro supports the connected contractor workflow from customer management through documents, field work, payments, and reporting.
LiteWork Pro provides digital tools for contractors and service professionals, including:
- CRM, customer, property, activity, team member, and company workspace features.
- Estimates, contracts, invoices, document rows, document materials, document templates, and signed document workflows.
- Scheduling, appointments, jobs, trusted contractors, calendars, progress updates, and mobile-oriented workflows.
- Payment processing, Stripe integrations, ACH-related payment paths, receipts, refunds, payouts, funding, wallet, ledger, and financial reporting workflows.
- Email, SMS, phone, voicemail, conference, notification, and customer communication features.
- AI-assisted suggestions, item/product assistance, document-row assistance, receipt-oriented workflows, dashboards, analytics, and business reporting.
3. Accounts and Customer Responsibilities
Users remain responsible for workspace accuracy, access control, customer consent, and final review of business records.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate account, company, team, customer, property, document, payment, and communication information.
- You are responsible for protecting account credentials, passkeys, devices, and authorized access to your workspace.
- You are responsible for reviewing estimates, contracts, invoices, AI-assisted suggestions, payment details, customer messages, and legal documents before sending or relying on them.
- You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, send, store, or share customer data, photos, documents, signatures, receipts, and communication records.
4. Documents, Electronic Signatures, and Business Records
LiteWork Pro may help users create, manage, send, sign, convert, export, and track estimates, contracts, invoices, service agreements, receipts, and related records. Users are responsible for confirming document accuracy, pricing, scope, terms, tax treatment, signature authority, and compliance before relying on documents or sending them to customers.
Electronic signatures and document actions may create legally significant records. LiteWork Pro does not provide legal advice, and users should consult counsel for legal document language, enforceability, retention, and compliance needs.
5. Payments, Stripe, ACH, Funding, and Fees
Payment and financial workflows may depend on Stripe, ACH, card networks, banks, and related providers.
Payment tools, financial accounts, card services, funding workflows, and related financial services may be provided through Stripe, banks, ACH providers, card networks, and other payment partners. Your use of those services may be subject to provider terms, including Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Services Agreement.
Existing LiteWork Pro terms reference an application fee of 0.0349% per paid invoice, capped at $750 per invoice, plus optional add-on fees for services such as websites, ads, phone service, partner billing, group invoicing, or premium features where offered. Any active order form, in-product fee disclosure, written agreement, or processor agreement may include additional or updated terms.
LiteWork Pro is not responsible for a third-party provider's underwriting, account restrictions, risk decisions, reversals, chargebacks, network rules, or funding decisions.
6. Communication Services
LiteWork Pro enables communication features such as email, SMS, phone, voicemail, conferences, reminders, and notifications through providers such as Twilio, Microsoft/Azure communication services, email providers, and telecommunications carriers.
By enabling communication features, you authorize LiteWork Pro and its providers to send and manage service-related communications on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining required consent before sending messages or calls to customers, team members, or other recipients.
SMS terms: By opting into SMS messaging, recipients agree to receive service-related texts. Message frequency varies by activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
7. AI-Assisted Features
LiteWork Pro may provide AI-assisted suggestions for items, products, material planning, document rows, receipt-oriented workflows, pricing context, or related business tasks. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific job.
Users must review AI-assisted output before using it in estimates, contracts, invoices, customer communications, payments, purchasing, scheduling, or business decisions.
8. Acceptable Use
- Do not use LiteWork Pro for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Do not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, or interfere with platform availability.
- Do not misuse payment, communication, document, signature, AI, analytics, or provider-backed features.
- Do not send unlawful marketing, spam, or communications without required consent.
9. Third-Party Providers
LiteWork Pro may rely on third-party providers such as Stripe, Twilio, Microsoft/Azure, Firebase, Google Analytics, email providers, hosting providers, and telecommunications or financial service providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms, privacy notices, security practices, availability, and compliance obligations.
10. Availability and Changes
LiteWork Pro may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Platform availability can depend on hosting, internet access, browsers, devices, payment providers, communication providers, Microsoft/Azure services, third-party integrations, and maintenance.
11. Data Use and Privacy
We collect and process user, company, customer, document, payment, communication, analytics, and platform data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. LiteWork Pro does not sell user or customer data. Data is shared only as described in the Privacy Policy or as needed to deliver the Service.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, security risk, provider restriction, nonpayment where applicable, or harmful behavior. Accounts inactive for 60 days may be deactivated and scheduled for deletion. Certain data may be retained to comply with legal, accounting, provider, security, or operational obligations.
13. Limitation of Liability
LiteWork Pro is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business interruption, lost profits, payment disputes, provider outages, communication failures, or issues caused by third-party providers such as Stripe, Twilio, Microsoft Azure, banks, telecommunications carriers, or analytics providers.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
